I decided this year, I want to try rock climbling, so when it warms up, I'll be looking for lessons on that. I like to try new things all the time. I love traveling and visiting new places and learning about other cultures. I think people can learn a lot about themselves by learning about others. Scrapbooking and photography. Snowboarding, even though I've only been a few times. I also love to cook and bake. Cooking is a form of relaxation for me and I love baking things for people that they truly enjoy. I think food is a way to a persons heart. Not many people feel the same way but that's just me!
Old friends and anyone interesting. Also, people who understand the true meaning of the word "friend". A friendship is a relationship and like all relationships, it takes effort from all parties involved. I've met so many people who just don't care and those are the ones that I eventually forget about because they didn't make an impression on me and they were "too busy". I want to be around people who appreciate the value of a good friend and people I won't forget. Since moving I have already met some great people who seem to understand this concept and I am very grateful for the friendships I have made so far.
I listen to it all. There are a few exceptions, like heavy metal, that I don't like, but other than that, it's all pretty good. Music has to fit my mood, whatever that may be! I definately have favorites, but there are too many to list.
I watch just about anything. Lots of favorites. I am posting a link to a video that was sent to me and I think it is very inspiring and offers great perspectives on life. http://video.stumbleupon.com/?s=ithct48cqw&i=ufcchmyxqsu j9vwsema
I try not to watch to much, but when I get sucked in, it's usually Law & Order re-runs. I also watch all the learning channels like Discovery, Animal Planet, National Geographic, sometimes the History Channel and the Court TV channel. Of course you can't forget the Cooking Channel either! Really I spend more time watching movies than regular old TV. Pretty boring, I know!
I read when I'm bored or if I have a really good book. It's hard to give specifics because I just read whatever sounds appealing to me. I do have a collection of cookbooks that I love to look through for new ideas. I probably look through those more than anything else.
Superman, The Waffler, my Mom and a few others. I'll think of them later.
