Hello everyone my names Nyi! Let me inform you a little bit about myself and I’ll let my music do the rest. First and foremost I was born in Compton, California, but raised in Inglewood, California. My music is composed of every genre. I don’t stick to one genre I am completely versatile. My lyrics have a poetic feel to them especially to my pop songs. I have been singing since I’ve been born, but that is a long story. Unlike other artist who are trying and are in the entertainment industry I never joined a gospel choir until I entered middle school and now I am a high school student. I was raised listening to old time goodies and great singers like Aretha Franklin and Dionne Warwick. I learned about all these great artist on my own as I continuely grew up and I basically taught myself how to sing so I think that makes me shine in a brighter stage light than everybody else. I started writing songs when I was 11 years old. My influence for writing songs was my dear friend named Kyra Rider and ever since then I have been sprung off of lyrics, but music itslef.
