hello everyone. obviosly this is not the real randy rhoads. please stop inviting me to events because i made this myspace as a tribute to Mr. Rhoads, and im sure you dont want me at your events. if your not aware, he was killed in a tragic plane crash in 1982. but Randy is definatly one of the most influential guitarists off all time. he was one of the first to frequently use tremolo picking during his solos. and goddamn did randy know how to shred it up. his fingers were like lightning. but since this is "about me" i'll give you a little background info....Randy was born on december 6 in 1956. he started playing the guitar at the age of four. he was playing his grandfathers acoutsic gibson. by the time he had taken lessons for a number of years, his guitar teacher had tought him everything he knew, and randy was getting better. by age 16 he formed quiet riot. fuck ya! quiet riot did a few tours in japan and then they called it quits. randy and bassist rudy sarzo left to join the upcoming soloist Ozzy Osbourne. and then while touring in thier seconed year, randy was killed in the plane crash.
