i was a singer/songwriter/guitarist for 35 years. 4 years ago, in a series of unfortunate events, i suddenly became a paraplegic (in a wheelchair 'til the end of time) with extreme muscle spasms in my arms, iretractable pain in my tail bone, plus damaged vocal chords and on oxygen (what a mess!).now, i am not physically able to sing, play the guitar or even play my djembes or other african drums. But i can write lyrics, and now, that's what i do.
