Most of you know me as Natalie, or Nataliya, Talya, Ms. L (when I was substitute teaching), babybear, TQ, nattylite, prostahooch (a term of endearment of course), porkchop, crackhead (also a loving term), mayor of crazytown, bubba, cookie, shitbrick, nat-dog, hockeybitch, girly, pookiebear, tink, hey you, yo (my personal fav), and the list keeps growing. Men can be sooo incredibly charming! I've recently completed the Master of Public Health portion of a joint MPH/JD degree and now am attending law school in the middle of nowhere, Virginia. It's a bit unnerving but I'm set for the next chapter of my life to begin.Before the self-imposed academic imprisonment, I was a legal assistant downtown by day and a ballroom dance instructor by night. I miss my double life completely. I love the freedom, delirium, creativity, and the physical expression of human connection that only dance can afford. The ballroom is my canvas; it's where I feel most alive. Nothing, absolutely nothing, feels better than being swept off your feet. I was born in the moonlight to dance to the sunrise. I'm simply an enigma wrapped in a contradiction waiting for her 5 minutes of fame, lightning to strike, the tides to turn, and the next great adventure.
