"Director's Cat was formed by Dimitris Koutsoubelis (vocals) and Manos Apostolopoulos (guitars) in 2004. Their first purpose was simply to write songs and have fun but later they said "What the meow! We should find some band members and make an actual group!". Between February and June of 2005 three more members Chris Sotiropoulos (bass), Andrew Alexandrakis (guitars) and George Tsinanis (drums) came, so the Director's Cat became a regular band. At December 2006 the band recorded the first Demo. The songs of the Demo, and those which were not included, showed that the band wants say things sometimes in an optimistic way and some times in a kind of cinematic way. Unfortunately few months later Chris left the band because of personal reasons. In August 2007 the band signed with the Greek label Cyberdoll Records and preparing its debut album...Then Marios came to take the place of Chris as the bass guitar player of the group. At the present time we are recording our first full length album. All tracks from the demo will be included except "Shaganoid" and a few more.
