Pasma Musica emerges onto the music scene to introduce to you their new artist Rocio Llamas. At 22 years of age Rocio, from South Gate, California has been referred to as the next Latin sensation. Her music has been referred to as vibrant, catchy, upbeat and ageless. Rocio has been compared to artists such as Jennifer Pena, Selena and Alicia Villareal. Her powerful stage performance and her strong vocal ability will leave you wanting to see her again and again.
Pasma Musica is the production and development company of Leticia Ascencio and Javier Ceja. With over 15 years experience in the music industry the pair have launched their company to focus on writing and producing songs that will last a lifetime. Combined they have worked and written for artists such as, Kalimba, Daniela Romo, Javier Iglesias, Edens Crush amongst others.
In 2006 they wrote the first and second single for Rigo Luna on Machete/Universal. The first single "Nunca" which was produced by their friend and co-writing partner Jeeve, made it to the top HOT singles on Billboard, this solidified their partnership.
Even though they are both native of Mexico and strong in their latin roots, their love of music has allowed them to cross into other genres such as R&B, Pop, Electronica, Country and Funk.
Pasma Musica is a young company with a no ego attitude. They are willing to help artists who also help themselves. "Its a team effort" say's Leticia, "and we can't make it without each other and this includes the fans."
