Welcome to my official Myspace page. Yes, this is really me I try to respond to as many messages and comments as I can so if I do not get back to you do not be upset just know I am probably in the studio making some good music for you guys :).
A little bit about me that you guys should know. I am Shancie and I am an actor, rapper, and songwriter residing in Orange County (The OC), California. Music has always been a part of my life, it's my passion. I believe it is in my family genes. My uncle would always play the oldies, R&B, and Hip Hop for me. He is the one reason I like such an array of music. I also grew up listening to a lot of 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Keith Sweat, Michael Jackson, Mary J Blidge, Cash Money Millionaires, Ruff Ryders, No Limit, and many more.
Now on to my career. I started out in the industry professionally at the age of 16 linking up with super producer Roy "Royalty" Hamilton. Roy has produced work for Britney Spears( "In the Zone" Album "I've Got that Boom Boom"), N*SYNC, R. Kelly, Michael Jackson, Joe, Mario, and many more. Royalty produced my first single "My Princess" and from that point on it has been complete success. I recently finished my EP which have six songs on it and basically gives you guys a preview of what my album will be like. It is Executive Produced by Sleep Deez & Black Diamondz Music Group LLC. Big shoutout to them, they really help put a lot of time into the project. The EP will be for sale SOON!. Now that the EP is finished I am currently working on my album with some of the hottest producers and artists in the industry so be on the look out for that :). I told you guys I stay busy ;).
