I used to work out and stay active just so that I could eat pizza and pasta as often as possible, without even thinking of the effects that unclean or rich foods were having on me internaley! Oh, don't get me wrong I still occasionally endulge in some amazingly delicious foods!!! However the difference now is that I realize I must continually make a concious effort to improve my state of being, through subtle changes (i.e Refined Fitness). My life-long goal is to implement this same state of mind in as many people as I can. This is why I am continuously keeping myself educated about fitness and nutrition.
