The Big Lean

About Me

'The Big Lean' is a weekly radio program falling into all that is film (yep, we love bad puns). Beginning on the first Thursday in March at midnight, the team of Tom & Nick take over the Radio Adelaide waves to bring you the latest movie news surely read of internet sites they will be quick to reference in case of factual inaccuracies, reviews of films fresh from the cinemas as well as the classics, regular updates of 'what's on' in and around the lovely city of Adelaide, and songs from which ever soundtrack we (uhhh, they) happen to be enjoying at the time.
The show focuses on indie, foreign, cult and local cinema as they offer an alternative to the sequels and prequels that currently litter the film market. So be on the lookout for Tom's opinions of 'The Asian Turtle Crisis'* and see whether Nick gave 'Mexican Wrestling Women vs. The Aztec Mummy'* the full 5 stars.
Be sure to listen every Thursday from midnight beginning March 6th on Radio Adelaide 101.5 FM. If you're interstate, overseas or don't have a radio (is that even possible?) you can tune in online at http://www.radio.adelaide.edu.au/realaudio/
* Remarkably, these are both real films but please don't expect reviews of them any time soon.
The Big Lean is on a crusade to take over the internet and can also be found at the following website http://student.radio.adelaide.edu.au
