Originally known as Audiophile Junkie, 49 Feet High teamed with Sling-Slang records, and shortly after began Fistfu$@ing their uniquely styled musical favourings to produce sounds of a climactilly peverse mood and texture , reminiscent of non sucking nineties alternative bands. Founding member Newt , ("complete imbecilic prick"), produces grungy, yet melodical vocal stylings , all the while delivering sexed up guitar licks ,that honestly have you thinking how does he do that and jump about like a torchered epilectic . Drummer, Chris Damiani brings energy, drive , and a mental instability to the band , coloring the groups rythm section. Together they probing multiple facets of musical awsumness to bring you songs that simply lick the sphinckter of determination, while displaying the acrobatic f*ckery of youth. In a time when all music is over categorized, 49 Feet High,Is still in the wrong one,although they bring a true alternative rock sound that is probably pretty good considering.
