I play in a band that used to be called Pyrocore until I found out that some sh*t band in california had got there first - dam you guys! We're currently in the practice room writing some toons but its taking time - we all work full time in our respective Jobs so its hard to get things done as quickly as we'd like.
I've played guitar for about 7 years or there abouts. Im not a great guitar player as i've never put in the time thats required and all my respect goes out to the people who do. I only own one guitar - Ibanez 7 string XL kitted out with a midi pick up which gives it a kinda borg(esk) look.
The language thing started a few years ago when for some daft reason I convinced myself that I could learn Japanese. I found that I had a good memory for vocabulary and have since taken up German. I also have tried learning Chinese, Polish. If I won the lottery I think i'd go to each country for a couple of years - any donations would be most welcome x.
The Martial arts part of my life started a couple of years ago when I realised I had lost a lot of the fitness from my teenage years. To cut a long story short I started going to a kick boxing/ Karate club all taught by the same teacher - Sensei tuscay. The difference with this club is youre made to work and the people who go are a great bunch of people - no egos. I plan to start getting some ground fighting classes in soon as I seem to be naturally a lot better at that.
I also plan to return to University at some point - not sure what to do though.
