I am an artisan cheese-maker in North Staffordshire, making a range of organic cheeses.

Have been actively competing and judging across the UK in dog agility for over 15 years with our border collies.
Living in rural Staffordshire with partner Wendy, 8 collies, 2 horses and 5 bass guitars.
