Toni D. of MILITIA

Militia is a family based group originally from Baltimore, MD that has also migrated to Miami, FL. First cousins and co-founders Sean aka SB or Sean Boy, Kyle aka Lo, and Dominique aka Toni D. were all born and raised in B-more but moved to the MIA where they were introduced to the other members of the group Dice and Jake. Militia does all of its own writing and producing. We spend hours making beats and writing for ourselves and others. All five members share a common love of music, all kinds, but exspress themselves differently in the booth. We all bring something different to the table. Toni D. is the only female of the group, but she is just one of the guys. A proud musician and lesbian, she uses her talent to market to a demographic previously untouched in hopes of becoming the first openly gay rapper. She is not shy about her love for women, money, or the streets, so naturally, these are her favorite lyrically topics. Many have applauded her on her skills and openess as an artist and she hopes to take it all the way to the top.
