[PT] - O mundo da música despertou interesse muito cedo, aos 5 anos entrou para uma escola de musica onde aprende a tocar piano e ter formação musical. Com 13 anos, já com interesse pelo DJing, assiste pela primeira vez ao vivo, o que era o trabalho de um DJ! Ficou entusiasmadíssimo, desde logo viu que era aqueles som e aquele adrenalina que com a qual se revia. Em 4 meses ele aprendeu a arte de misturar musicas e começou desde então a trabalhar na rádio da escola. Com apenas 14 anos participa num concurso de DJ's distrital, no qual saio vencedor, sendo premiado com um curso de iniciação ao DJing, que o ajudou a perceber melhor o que estava a fazer e assim aperfeiçoar e desenvolver novas técnicas... Foi aí que nasceu XXLGRILO, nome que muito rapidamente ficou no ouvido dos clientes do Bar onde passou a trabalhar como residente durante 2 anos. Aos 16 anos volta a concorrer precisamente no mesmo concurso de DJ's e volta a ganhar! Depois desta etapa na carreira surgiram muitos convites para festas e dedicou-se assim, unicamente ao Freelancing, percorreu muitos bares e discotecas no país! Durou 2 anos esta "tour" se assim lhe podemos chamar... Aos 18 anos, influenciado por uns amigos e colegas, inscreve-se no campeonato nacional de DJ's a decorrer na Musicalia na Fil (em 2005) e produzido pela DANCECLUB, DANCEPLANET e pela MK2, foi seleccionado (via macket) pela DanceClub para ser um dos concorrentes... o concurso durou 4 dias, e ao fim de 4 dias XXLGRILO recebe o título de Vice-Campeão Nacional'05 o que lhe veio a abrir as portas do que é hoje. Hoje em dia XXLGRILO é um potencial DJ revelação do nosso país! Estejam atentos as pistas de dança!

Has long 2 years this “tour” that..s what we can call it…at 18 years old, by a few friends and colleges influence, send a macket to the national DJ..s championship Musicalia at Fil (2005), powered by DANCECLUB, DANCEPLANET and MK2, has been selected by DanceClub to entry in that contest...the championship has long 4 days and in the end XXLGRILO receive de national’05 vice champ title, that was open the doors of what he is today.
