About Me

Ynys Môn was the island home and spiritual center of the ancient Celtic Druids. Now called Anglesey, it lies off the northwest coast of Wales, and was the location of the forest groves held most sacred by the Druids. Those sacred groves and the Driuds who worshipped there were destroyed by the Romans in 60 A.D.

Ynys Môn is also the name taken by a metal fan living in the Pacific Northwest of America. As an aficionado of both natural beauty and ancient history, what other name would be more appropriate?
He is probably much older now than most of his metal contemporaries, and while he may not participate in the local scene as much as he would like, his appreciation and reverence for metal remains unbounded.
