Strong black woman, but weak at times. Determined, but distracted. Upset, but hid behind smiles. Goal-oriented, but confused. Unpredictable, but obvious. Outgoing, but shy. Quiet to keep from showing emotion. Loud to cover up my pain. Smart, but gullable at times. Beautiful young woman, without knowing just how beautiful I really am. Excited while weary of what to expect. Incompetent, but willing to learn. Knowledgable without knowing it all. Daring, but cautious. However, I hold my head high and notice just how special I am. Life gets hard, school gets hard, and s*#@ happens, but it all comes down to how I will handle it. This is all of me...and I love it!!!
