About Me

I am an eccentric character with ever-changing styles and a passion for design! I live life to it's fullest with no regrets! I have traveled to over 13 countries and would love to travel some more! On mellow nights, I enjoy camp fires and snuggling under covers while roasting yummy marshmellows but, on other nights you can hang with me at a local dive bar! You can find me at concerts most of the time from either "Hot peppers" for myself or out supporting my hubby who is a music enthusiast at smaller venues for up and coming Hip Hop artists like "One block radius"! Here are pictures from our recent trip to Mexico, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta!

My Interests

Small town grrrrrl from HBR 13 "Heber Barrio Rifa y que!" Who's town was not big enough to handle so, I traveled to Europe and fell in love with the arts & architecture. Left the Valley to live in SD and study for a BA in fine arts. Now I am an Interior Designer who loves Art, Tattoos, Retro-style and hanging out with good friends or family. As long as, there is a cold bottle of booze it's all good (Boone's on cheap nights)! Camping in Baja and hiking in the moonlight!

I'd like to meet:

I would love to meet Antonio Gaudi, Frida Kahlo, Betsey Johnson, Salvador Dali, Tim Burton, Bettie Page, Orozco, Johnny Depp and other creative artists for a night of sharing cocktails and stories! That would be my dream slumber party!! In real life I'll settle for creative friends and family who like to express themselves through their art, music, poetry, tattoos, piercings, etc. I have my soulmate Jason, who is my best friend and partner in crime!

Music:

I love me some Anthony, Flea, John and Chad...Hot Peppers! Any rock en espanol en especial: MOLOTOV es numero uno! Tambien me gusta Tiger Army (yummy), Bad Religion, Transplants, Rancid, Nine Inch Nails, Janes' Addiction, SKA, Asiandubfoundation, The Rapture, Stray Cats, Cafe Tacuba and old school Ramones. On mellow nights I like One Block Radius, De La Soul, old school hip-hop and some Richard Cheese!

Movies:

I love dark comedies like Rushmore, Tim Burton, Cheesy "B" movies, Real Horror movies like Audition and foreign flicks!

Television:

I am a TV addict! I am no.1 channel surfer in the world hands down and I'll take anyone on a challenge!

Books:

adopt your own virtual pet!I've never enjoyed reading but, I love looking at pictures and drawings like this one of my new hedgehog "Picoso".
