My passion in life is Growth. To learn and to grow. I want to inspire people to live life to the fullest. To experience life as it is and to be themselves as they are, instead of being that wonderful and perfect person we always are trying to be.For that we first need to Suffer and experience the pain. Localize the pain in your body, go where it happends and stay there until it's over. It might take minutes. Twenty minutes. Hours. It's also about having an inner integrity; meaning that you are true to your self and when you know that you have no love in your heart, admitting so instead of trying to look like a lovable person. After that comes Faith; not a religious sort of Faith, but that Faith that comes from being aware of that it is possible to live a life without Suffering. Suffering is not in the fact, it is in the perception of the fact. The Faith leads to Joy, love or peace. Anything that is experienced to the fullest: anger, jealousy, hatred etc is replaced by Joy! That is not a teaching; it's a Law. The Joy transforms to Rapture!! Get up and dance then! After that we become Calm. We just feel at ease with ourselves. I am who I am that is that! When we feel at ease with ourselves we can experience a causeless joy. With the Bliss in our hearts we feel like children again. Smiling for no reason. Automatically we can now be more Aware, focused and concentrated on life as it is right now, in every moment, without assumptions that leads to obsessions and more pain. We know that whatever I do to myself I do to others'. Whatever I do to others' I do to myself. No need to blame. No need to judge. We are all One.
