Influences: I like real rock and roll man. My main influence on guitar is Jimmy Page. As far as technique he is not the best. But I'll take what Jimmy Page has over technique any day. Led Zeppelin had such a diverse style. From acoustic, to down right heavy rock and roll with some blues. I'll also mention Jeff Beck.
Such a good guitarist. Eric Clapton especially Cream. I must also mention David Gilmour. His leads make me cry sometimes they are so good. Mick Taylor when he was in The Rolling Stones. I dig Billy Gibbon's(old ZZ Top). Angus Young of ACDC. I really dig The Black Crowes and Thin Lizzy. I also dig STP,Soundgarden, Alice 'n' Chains and Janr's Addiction. Well as far as blues I like Lightning Hopkins, Freddie King, Ledbelly and Stevie Ray Vaughn. There are somany more guitarists I dig but this is where it starts for me. I guess to sum up the guitarists I dig is that I like the ones who bend strings alot and not play a million notes, Emotion is it for me. That is what I shoot for.
