This is just an idea of a few of my original songs that I have at the moment, and of course the great Bob Dylan. The recordings are a bit rough but I just wanted somethin up for the time being.. Im hopin' to have some new originals up soon so watch this space mmkay? Ive always had a great love for music, starting off by playing acoustic gigs back home in Offaly. I then joined my brothers blues/rock/soul band when I was 17, singing lead vocals to covers like Led Zepellin, Janis Joplin, Creedance Clearwater Revival, Aretha Franklin 2/3 nights a week driving around in a big dirty van in pubs all over the midlands and anywhere we could get a gig really. I then moved up to Dublin after a year and a half in Galway in 2000, busking, playin gigs in small venues and writing my own songs as the years went on. Up until recently I was hosting a singer/songwriter night with a friend every Thursday in the Cornerstone pub, thats been takin' over now by other folks.. since then its been the odd gigs in the city centre. Ive recently got a blues/rock/soul band together called Early House where at the mo' we're playin gigs around the city and pretty soon should have our own myspace page up to give all a taste of our versions of the likes of Etta James, Janis Joplin, Cream, the Doors and many more.
