My name is mariano. I am Italian and damn proud. I was born in Argentina and they want me back. Just ask the government. I am a pretty extraordinary person. I have many stories to share my grandchildren. I have drank hundred dollar bottles of wine, smoked rare and exotic cigars, I've been punched in the armpit, the wrist twice, in the coccyx, the back of the knee, both eyes, and the trachea. I can cure narcolepsy by simply walking in the room. In fact the local PBS wanted to do a documentary on me. I have dreams bigger than what you or I can comprehend. Reaching them might sometimes seem impractible but that will never stop me. Anyways, after living in Arizona until I was 22, I joined the army and sent me to Iraq which I miss so dearly on a daily basis no matter what the media has to say about it and what they put into your head. I like to fuck shit up and make the lives of "terrorist" miserable so my time in Southern Baghdad was very ataractic for me. Fortunately, I won't have to wait long for my next adventure to the middle east!
As easy as the army makes life at times, I am anxious to finally be a civilian again. I love my family and friends I left back at home and I can't wait to be able spend more time with them. I love to travel to Europe and miss waking up and deciding to go to California or Vegas just because I want to. I want to go back to school and make the money to support a family and live without a worry in the world. These are all going to be things that will be possible by the end of 2011.
I love spending time outside. Road trips are a blast when you have an idea of where you are going but with no plan of where you will sleep or what you will do when you get there. I enjoy suprises and life isn't an adventure unless you hit a bumpy road here and there. I love to kayak, hike, camp, and just enjoy the surrounding I am in no matter where I am. I will make the best of it.
Anyone that has spent any real time with me will tell you that hockey is my life. It's so important that it deserves its own paragraph. I can watch hockey all day. If you take me to a game, I owe you my life. I dropped the ceremonial first puck at a Coyotes game in 2008 and it was the greatest experience of my life. My kids will play hockey and if they don't they will be grounded until they do. Haha.
I said more than enough about myself. Let it be knowm, I am a very deep and complex person, I love to live my life and will continue till my last breathe no matter where I take it or at what age. I will regret nothing because everything I do will be a memory or a story to tell.
