Hadúr

Hadúr is a hungarian solo pagan/black metal act was started by Adam Berces in 2006. The name of the band means Warlord in hungarian, who was the chef god for the ancient pagan hungarian tribes.

It has started as a primitive black metal project using some folk and renaissance elements (see Ébredés, Az erdö zenéje). The lyrics are mainly about hungarian and also nordic, viking mythology and history and about fantasy themes too.

Then the music got more and more complex, integrating many wagnerian classical, symphonic arrangements, fantasy video game and hungarian folk music elements making unique symphonic metal tunes (see Under a Black Sun, Promo 2008). Now Hadúr works on his first full-lenght album planned for over a year now, in association with a big number of guest musicians and many live, classical instruments (as we hope)...
