About Me

It's not about perfection, it's about self-expression!In December, Tippy picked up her first ukulele and began making music. She said the process was therapeutic for her, “I really needed to close the door on some issues I was facing, and songwriting helped me do that.” Since then, she has played a string of shows ranging from evenings in the park to venues throughout the Central Valley.
"Music is like food: A little sprinkle of sugar is good every now and then, but in the end, it’s the raw, organic dishes that are best. I try to bring honesty and validity to the table when I approach songwriting." - Tippy
-- Marijke Rowland of The Modesto Bee October 16, 2008
Tippy’s music can be downloaded for free on MySpace and Last.fm , or available upon donation at shows. Just look for the coconut, and throw some change into it, for your own copy of whatever she has cooked up lately!
