About Me

Alright . . . I work as a sound engineer . . . because work for lighting troggs has dried up . . . but secretly, I once was a poet . . . and then a songwriter . . . and then one day I thought . . . I'd beter record some of this . . . and so I did . . .
Here is a small selection . . . while I gather my thoughts together . . .
The first song is a cover of Johhny Cash's cover of Trent Raznor's Hurt . . . I know . . . It's really bad . . . but don't you just love Johnny Cash?
The second song is Paradise, Momma doesn't live 'round here no more . . . honestly, it's not written about anyone . . . it's made up . . .
Number three, Fisherman, totally improvised, as is all of my material . . . just one of those strange songs that popped up out of nowhere . . .
Quatro, Walking by the Water did I mention that I loved Tom Waits . . . you said that you were gonna leave your husband, and come away with with me . . .
Number five, I Just got the Blues Well, I did have the blues for a long time . . . but I ain't got dem any more . . .
Numero six, I am not a Rock Star . . . well, I'm not . . . sorry the sound level is very low on this one, just turn the volume up and listen to everything again . . .
I'll try and replace these with some thing more appropriate . . . maybe . . .
Happy trails and watch out for those rattle snakes

Have you ever imagined yourself sitting at home, in your lounge room - and thought - "I could be a rock star"? Here is a clip from one of my bands, Pilgrim Soul. Sitting at home, play some bass, then some guitar, turn the lights down, bring up the moving heads, the lasers, turn up the smoke, fire up the video cameras, bring in the crowd . . . Here is Fallen by Pilgrim Soul . . . yes that could be me with my red bass or my Ibenez copy . . .

    Fallen by Pilgrim Soul

Sounds Like: None of the above :-)
