B.O.D. - UNCOVERING THE MYTH
The original idea behind the new star that lately has arised that high in the kick ass metal/heavy rock sky was differing quite a lot from the highly evolved results we're now enjoying so excessively.
Back in 1993 (consider that this was last century!), the four fellas met because they wanted to found Greenland's first rugby team. Disillusioned by the fact that four people were not enough to succeed out on the (rugby)field, one had to think of other ways to express strength, company and friendship - and after some time it became clear, that the only possible way to do so was to start a band. A wise decision, as the years would reveal.
The first fifteen years of their career, Bungalow found together to explore the wide fields of heavy, powerful music, always in search of undiscovered paths to reveal a spirit that is always close to burst by its amount of overwhemling atmosphere, lyrical depth, progressive vibes and sheer energy. In 2008 the first songs were finished and recorded. The train has just begun to roll and everyone should be aware of the fact that it will floor you like a motherfucker if you stand in its way.
The members themselves see the band in tradition of bands like Dream Theater, Cannibal Corpse, Manowar and Boehse Onkelz.
If you don't want to rise your sword into the sky without having something to say, B.O.D. should find its way easily straight into your musical taste. Forget the drugs, the rock and the roll in "sex, drugs & rock'n'roll" and you know what Bungalow is about.
