About Me

Well, what can I say about me? I'm 23 almost 24 year old guy. I am in the Marine Corps, working on my degree (associates now), on my business (Pre Paid Legal), and on my body and my self (I love working out more than anything).I am an optimistic, punctual, enthusiastic, goal setting, smart-working, self-starter, who is a disciplined, focused, dependable, persistent, positive thinker.I just started a new career in the Marine Corps as a career retention specialist so my job is to help Marines stop being so short-sighted, narrow visioned and help them to either effectively transition, or if they meet our standards, to keep them in and grow our Corps to keep us the number one fighting organization in the world. I just play a small part but I love what I do so far because the work never ends, I stay busy, and it's a challenge.Ive decided to quit drinking and soon to quit smoking because honestly I cannot control it and it only holds me back. I am finding more positive things to keep me busy and having fun and I'm finding I am a lot happier and get a lot more done without it.I love meeting new people and I love making a difference in people's life if I can.I try to live outside of my comfort zone so that I can grow and make a bigger difference more effectively.A quote I live life by is "Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country." I like to blow that up a little bit and not only serve as a protector of freedom for our country by serving in United States Marine Corps but also as an entrepreneur where I have the opportunity to truly serve and empower people with the ability to change their lives. We are all put here to do good things! My Interests

Pushing myself to the limit every in day in every way!!!

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet positive people, people who I've ran across in the past and just lost contact with, and pretty much anyone who can make me better than I am by their association. We all have a unique story to tell and we are all meant to blossom like beautiful roses but we might just be lacking the right environment. I am looking to have empowering relationships where we can mutually benefit each other and can help to achieve our goals in life. Looking for workout partners for business, physical, and spiritual part of my life!

Music:

One of the best things in LIFE!!! Music can make you feel happy, sad, mad, etc. but I love that it brings back memories so vividly of both good and bad times so we can momentarily relive the past. I love every kind of music - just depends on exactly who it is, how I feel, and the place I'm at. I love listening to personal development CDs and DVDs as well.

Movies:

300!!!! Forest Gump, Beautiful Mind, Pursuit of Happiness, Wizard of Oz, Happy Feet, Coach Carter, Rudy, American History X, Pulp Fiction, BRAVEHEART, Friday Night Lights, Click, From Dusk til Dawn, Sin City, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob, Saw, Saw II, Crash, How High, Menace to Society, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Clerks, Mallrats, Wedding Crashers, Old School, Van Wilder, Full Metal Jacket, Born on the 4th of July, Million Dollar Baby, Platoon, etc. I love movies!

Television:

I don't watch it, it rots your mind! They program you to feel a certain way to buy something you don't need like prozac or mcdonalds or this cure all pill that just has side effects like severe bleeding, nausea, and even death. I try to avoid that because it programs you to think like mainstream society without you even knowing it is happening!

Books:

i was once told you are today the same you will be in 5 years except 2 things: the people you hang out with (associations - the law of association) and 2, the books you read so don't read stuff that won't help you All books to make you a better person - there's a bunch of them. Well most importantly, the Bible! The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson!!! Best book ever (besides the Bible)!!! Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki; How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie; Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, the Richest Man in Babylon, The Magic of Thinking Big, Failing Forward by John Maxwell, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, First Things First, The Tipping Point, Relationship Rescue (Dr. Phil), Getting Marriage Right, U could just keep going on and on and on and on but let me not get too much more into that, just ask me! (Gushee) etc. etc. etc.

Heroes:

#1 Jesus Christ. My Dad, my Grandpa!! Mark Twight Major Fitzgerald Everyone who's ever known the secret and actually APPLIED IT. Bruce Lee. Jerry Rice. All successful people, esp. Dani Johnson, Dave Savula, Darnell Self, Brian Caruthers, Jeff Olson, Dani Johnson, John Addison, John Maxwell, Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Dale Carnegie, Einstein, Watson, Edison, Mike Hughmes, Dr. Michael Hughes, his brother Chris Hughes, Jeff Hughes, Michael Hughmes, Todd Cayhill, Tina and Larry Williams, Chesty Puller, my Drill Instructor, etc. etc Everyone who helps me raise my standards
