The Deep Show is the continuity of our previous ideas we did lay since 2002 under the FM vibe. Aired for the first time in December 2007, The Deep Show will be the opportunity of every producer to show up his skills, to reveal his sound and to get promoted within the Romanian FM vibe. With Elis as the host of the show, Pro FM's Dance found its deepness on every Sunday airing the most beautiful grooved, funked, teched quality sound.Born on 30th of December 1982, full name Iordache Elis. You could hear Elis playing since 2002 till 2006 at Irish Pub in Constanta during a residency of deep house and lounge music, on the big events from Club XXI Mamaia (www.clubxxi.ro). Also he has been one of the resident djs from Groove Hour Radio Show, formerly broadcasted weekly on Pro FM Constanta and posted on www.groovehour.com. The style that Elis has been promoting could be called a warm and soft house , influences from Ian Pooley and Llorca, deep and electro-tech house , loving works from Miguel Migs, John Dahlback, Olivier Desmet, The Sound Republic, Justin Michael, Jay J, Eddie Mattos, Frankman, Dj Ino, Dj MFR, up to funky beats such as Jamie Lewis, Dr. Kucho. In his gigs you will find artists you'll recognize immediately like Kid Creme, Jerry Ropero, David Penn, Darwin Paul, Justin Micheal, Markus Homm, Dennis Ferrer, Born To Funk, Aston Martinez and many more. With the support from the present team he started a brand / project in the summer of 2002 called Groove Hour which ended in 2007. Since the beginning the brand Groove Hour made its presence on the club scene with the deep house music convenient to the outside parties or beach events, and the funky up to tech house - electro for special events. Played in various gigs during the 2005 summer and winter with Wawa, Born To Funk, Markus Homm and other talented djs not well known. On the beginning of the 2006 summer, Elis and the Groove Hour Team made a series of events which have been included in a Eastern European Tour for some artists, like Pepsi Funky Vibes where God Bless House Music mixed by Dj Ino was launched for the first time in Romania, gigs with Al Velilla (OM Records) and Paco Fernandez from Cafe del Mar. In september 2006, Groove Hour organized the closing weekend for Club XXI in which David Vendetta was invited to perform together with Elis. Late December 2006 and early January 2007, Elis and Groove Hour Team started a new Groove Hour residency at Club Two, in which a part of the guest artists invited to Groove Hour radio show showed-up in interesting events and Groove Hour dedicated nights. Summer of 2007 Elis had another summer residency for Club XXI, residency which gave the opportunity to play along Wally Lopez, Ivan Pica and others. Late 2007 and early 2008 Elis along with G.ReeP moved to the Pro FM Dance - The Beat of Bucharest, a radio station based on promoting dance music from all over the world.This is how The Deep Show has its start, on 89.5 FM in Bucharest and online at www.profmdance.ro
