I was born and raised in Athens, Greece. At first I was going out to alternative rock parties but after my first house and psytrance afterhours event in 1996 (Alsos Club in Athens) there was no turning back. I became a dedicated house, psytrance and techno clubber for a couple of years joining numerous Q-Base events (Dom, Playroom, U-matic, Cavo Paradiso) and listening to their resident dj Mikee who helped defining me musically and also to psytrance afterhours who also had a great impact on young me. Then at 1998 I started my translation and interpretation studies (English and German) in Corfu. During the first years in Corfu I had had enough of raving and stopped listening to much music and started reading a lot instead. In 2001 I stayed in Germany for a year and a half and had the chance to roam the clubs of Leipzig (040, Distillery) and Berlin (Ostgut) also visiting I Love Techno (dj Valium, Speedy J and dj Hell) in Gent, Belgium. There, I was spending a lot of time in the very good record shops buying techno vinyls and also got me a pair of decks and a mixer. A couple of years later in 2003 back in Corfu where I still lived and studied I went to some friends' psytrance party (Mother Earth) and was once again infected and excited about this genre. An extremely intense period started for me afterwards. I bought a pair of cdj's and started collecting and spinning psytrance at the beginning and then darkpsy (as Lost at Dawn). In 2004 I also threw some parties named Psysessions in Corfu and hang out in numerous private parties with the Mother Earth posse. In 2006 I suffered a serious motorbike accident. During 2007 I spinned psytrance and progressive psytrance for the Mother Earth party team. During this time the minimal explosion got me too and was once again enthusiastic about techno after some years. In 2008 I lived in both Corfu and Athens where I djed tech house as Homme de Nuit and organized some small parties as Gothic Disco Riders. Now and then I also djed -and still do- alternative rock and new wave under the dj Evil Twin guise (Acid Disco). Other than that I still read a lot, work part time as a translator/interpreter, go out to techno and psytrance parties in Athens and Corfu and also to new wave clubs in Athens (Dark Sun and Karousel mostly). This year (2009) I decided to move to Athens and pursuit my dj career here and also work as a party organiser (Psysessions) and reporter for Freeze Magazine. All in all that's it from me for now.
