"Retired" John Priest ~In Paradise with

My name is Johnathon Priest. I was born a hybrid, half human half angel. When I was 5 my father and mother were killed during a raid by a Demonic lord, Aldemir Malic, who lead a small death squad that terrorized my hometown. Before he could get to me I was rescued by my grandfather who lived far up in the mountains. There he taught me many different fighting styles including Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Ninjitsu, and many more. I also excelled in sword fighting and close combat. By the time I was 13 I have already been hunting small time demons and vampires that haunted the streets of my town. As I got older I began to ask questions of my past and about how my parents died. My grandfather finally realized that he could not keep the truth from me any longer so he explained to me what happened. I soon became enraged and wanted to get revenge for my family but I then learned that in time I will avenge their deaths.
Soon after my 18th birthday I took up with the Army and progressed myself to Spec Ops. During a mission in Iraq I suddenly learned that I was immortal. As a round pierced through my heart I could feel it hit but I kept going as if nothing had hit me. I lost 7 of the 11 other guys on my team that day. We were going after a local Iraqi terrorist group that had held up three Americans. We entered the compound where they were located and retrieved the captive. After my 4 yrs of service was up I decided to go back into killing demons and vampires which was now bringing in a lot of money. I started out getting small payouts for bringing in the head of a demon here and there, but not enough to survive on. As I moved my way up I seemed to gain some respect in the world or so it seemed.
Two years past and I had not aged a day. I kind of liked the idea because it meant that I could keep the strength and skill that I have and not get old. During this time I had put together a small collection of weapons and jewelry that I sold for some good money. I also came upon a fine acid edge katana style sword which flowed lightly in my hands. I enjoyed it greatly for it did a lot more damage then the old blade that my grandfather gave me. I soon pick up a couple of 45 caliber pistols that I had custom made with internal recoil modifiers and high level laser sights mounted, not to mention the clips with silver tipped bullets. Along with this I had a custom body holster made for my sword and guns and two small sheaths on the back for two fighting daggers which I picked up later.
After a while of fighting demons and vamps and the occasional lycan. I soon met up with an Angel named Reaper, and his friends. I had known him from some time before and recognized a few of his team including, Bear a massive half human half demon, Naomi and Sydney two human slayers, Skye a half vampire half lycan hybrid, and a vampire who I had not seen before named Jester. Joining up with this crew we became the Nightstalkers. And since then we have hunted many a great evil lords and high Priestess.
Now with this team I hope to avenge my parents and destroy the evil that has covered the world. Many of u will question my loyalty and fear that I may turn on u. but I only seek to destroy the greatest of evil. Its minions will fall if they get in my way. But I do not search to kill every one. I can only promise that the one I hunt, our paths will cross once again and one of us will not survive.
