Eddie Vedder or Ani Difranco would both be cool to meet. I would also like to meet Alan Moore or Chuck Pahlahniuk who are both great writers and pretty interesting in interviews. since I'm most likely not going to meet those people, then maybe you, If you are someone that I would consider to be a good person(and man that is a loaded euphemism). --To help you out --If you have ever tripped a cripple, stolen candy from a baby, or knocked an old lady down a flight of stairs that answer is probably no. If you have not done any on those things my sn on AIM is Chyjo. Feel free to say hello.

Rome -- second to none. I would give up a kidney to get the second season aired earlier. There have only been a few great Television shows that were actually worth watching, all of which were cancelled quickly, but as they say only the good die young. In my humble opinion These include : My so Called life, Freaks and Geeks, and Wonderfalls. Entourage and The L word and Veronica Mars are all very well done too.
Kurt Vonnegut is the man, "Mother Night" and "The Cat's Cradle" are two of the best novels ever written IMHO. AFter that I absolutely love Alan Moore's work, anyone who thinks that the comic genre can't be seriuos literature should take a look at "The Watchmen" , "V for Vendetta", and "Promethea". I enjoy reading Nancy Farmer's blend of fantasysci-fi, as well as old fantasies like TLOTR and "Watership Down". I love to read about history, especailly Sharon Penman's historical fiction on Plantagenet England. I can never get enough of history books about Nazi Germany( Hubris/Nemesis the two volume set by Kershaw are my favorites), and histories of Stalinist Russia. For trashier reads, I've always enjoyed Ken Follet Novels. I just read "Smashed" by Koren Zailckas. Chuck P is pretty cool. Fight club, Lullaby, Diary yadda yadda yadda. All that shit.
William Rivers Pitt(and all writers like him) for fighting so long and hard to expose the truth when everything has been and most likely always will be stacked against him. Todd Snider for giving country/folk music a conscience again rather than leaving it to rot with the troglodytes screaming jingoistic ballads. Noam Chomsky for always making sense regardless of all of the politicians and the medias attempts to deride him. John Edwards for giving me just a tiny glimmer of hope for the future. Dennis Kucinich for always standing by his principles even when it meant destroying himself financially, and then bouncing back from ruin. Ani Difranco for kicking more A$$ than most people ever will, not to mention her killer songs. AFter that I'm adding in Kurt Cobain, Richey Edwards, Che Guevara , and Fidel Castro just for $hits and Giggles.
