Tess Ã…slund

Born 1970 in Stockholm. At the age of 2 she moved to Borlänge, where she still lives.....If she don´t get a huge contract of some sort (he he he ). She started in the local musicschool at the age of 9, playing trumpet that later became french horn. That horn is still with her today. Tess also did a lot of singing in choir's, starting at young age, and playing in big classical orchestra's. Late 2005 her husband started the band PayBack. He convinced her to try singing in a rockband, together with another female vocalist. And it worked perfectly. She's got a warm and clear voice that is suitable for both jazz, blues and rock. With the band PayBack she´s been in studio twice, recording both covers and the bands own material, as a lead singer and also as a back up vocalistNote: On the two uploaded songs on this site, Tess is singing back up vocals.
