Our intention is to create music from the heart, an eclectic blend of indigenous (folk), celtic and gypsy music.Our passion is to perform beautiful, peace and love inspiring concerts to help people feel a sense of community. We play original music from your albums and we hand pick deeply moving ballads with the same message from 60's and 70's era such as "Comes a Time, Get Together, Follow you follow me, To Love Somebody, Hurricane and Shambala.Ali was blessed to have performed with many talented artists. Including Babatunde Olatunji, the African drum master; Deepak Chopra and Robert Gass at a lovely chanting concert at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. Premik Russell Tubbs I created my first album, Crooked Line in 2000 with Premik. The album is an eclectic blend of styles, from folk rock to bluesy jazz to classical love ballads. Premik is a master musician who has played with the likes of Santana, the Mahavishnu Orchestra, Herbie Hancock and many others. I have led musical/healing workshops at Kripalu Institute in Lenox, Mass. I have traveled throughout Europe and lived in Asheville, NC where i played music at various places. This year I returned to NY and created the album Wandering, with David Pressler, and i'm currently in the process of creating my next album Winds of Heaven, which is a spiritually oriented album with a Celtic flavor. I am currently performing regularly at Borders, Westbury and Libraries in the Long Island area.I honor and love all of Spirits beautiful beings and creations...nature, the earth...i live a holistic, green life...i support and admire people willing to stand up and speak out for peace and freedom...the truth... i have 2 beautiful children that i love so much.... drum and be in the woods...
