I was born and raised on a little ROCK in the pacific called Guam until i was 17... moved to Hawaii for a while ..then came out to Cali in the end of 2003... for fun i like to surf, Sponge, skate, snowboard, jui-jitsu, cruise da beach, jam ukulele, burn herb, cruise with da boyz/ girls, movies, make music, COOK, PARTY, go on road trips/ surf trips. Got my culinary arts degree in 2006.. worked my way up at a few high end restaurants in LA... I specialize in pacific islander cuisine, infused with Latin and Asian flavors, but i cook anything from desserts to 3 course diners. Currently im living in Los Angeles California in the San Fernando Valley... working as chef at "Arnie Morton's The Steakhouse" in Woodland hills Ca. and im also the owner/founder and CEO of LOCAL INT.
