Vanderpost Voice Studio Specializing in vocal training, breath control, stage deportment, posture, building confidence, extending vocal range, projection and public speaking. It is important for students to learn to use their natural voices in a relaxed manner while working toward their full potential. Students are taught to unveil the natural voice or bel canto. Working with the natural voice, students can improve vocal range, tone, clarity, volume and confidence. Lessons will include proper voice control, projection, vocal technique, breath control, the public speaking voice and correct posture. All levels of students are accepted including: those who believe they cannot sing, those who wish to begin a wonderful and relaxing hobby, those who desire the self-satisfaction of learning to use the voice correctly as well as professional singers who need special coaching. Because proper vocal technique is universal, lessons will provide a foundation for singing that will enable the student to sing or perform any type of music he/she wishes. Honest and sincere people who are and or will be dedicated to follow their hearts and desires to be performers. There are some openings left for voice lessons.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anna Netrebko, Rene Fleming, Placido Domingo, Montserat Caballe, Jose Carreras, Katia Ricciarelli, Anne Schwanewilms. Yma sumac, Gina Lollobrigida, Ricky Martin yes him too and Pam Tillis, Dolly Parton, Tricia Yearwood. My alltime favorite female Opera singers are; Maria Callas (deceased) and Magda Olivero, males; Mario Del Monaco , Franco Corelli, Tito Gobbi and Ettore Bastianini, all these male singers are deceased!!! I believe though that every singer who is famous, is great in their own way. To really favor one over the other is not totally fair or just. One has a tendency to stick to one performer and remain blind and deaf for the new ones. There are so many performers who give me happiness and joy with their talent. An open mind is still the very best to accept all talent.

East is East and West is West and never the two shall be twain until they meet each other on the Threshold of God by Rudyard Kipling
To me it is very important to not judge any one and accept all who want to be friend no matter what walk of life you chose. Judging is done only by the Creator So if any one objects to any friends I may have in my list I must say..How sad!!!"

Born in a Japanese concentration camp where I spent the first three and a half years of my life followed by almost a half year of post war time. In 1946 my mother and I were able to escape to the Netherlands where I was placed in several foster homes for almost 6 years and abused by men and women mentally as well physically. Leaving a deep scar in my memories, soul and heart and I now realize at my age that these happenings never leave the mind and ones life. I wish there was a way I can give lectures about it in the hope that parents realize what terrible damage can be done. Abuse must stop and or prevented because children must have the right to be children for as long as possible, adulthood already comes way to fast. A book about my mothers and my life I have written and I would love to have it printed and if possible sell it on a lecture cirquit. If there is any one out there reading my short confession and perhaps able to help please get in touch with me. There is so much more to tell but then it would be my book in here and that is to much. My mother was tortured in front of me and other athrocities I remember unfortunately very vividly.
