I MOVED TO TALLAHASSEE, FL. I'M ORIGINALLY FROM LOUISIANA. YES, I DO LOVE THE CAJUN HEARTLAND AND BEING A CAJUN BUT I'M DESTINED TO GO TO FSU! I HAVE A GREAT FAMILY. I LOVE THEM DEARLY. MY OLDER SISTER GOT MARRIED APRIL '08. I'M VERY HAPPY FOR HER. MY YOUNGER SISTER IS MY HOMIE. HAHA I LOVE TO PLAY MY GUITAR AND I'VE RECENTLY GOTTEN INTO IT SO I'M NOT ERIC CLAPTON, BRAD PAISLEY, OR DIMEBAG DARREL, YET! THE BIGGEST THING PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT ME IS THAT I'M A HUGE FLORIDA STATE FAN! GO NOLES!!!! I BLEED GARNETT AND GOLD! CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART, O GOD, AND RENEW A RIGHT SPIRIT WITHIN ME. Continuing A Good Life Well Ladies and Gentlemen as of 0800 April 11, 2008 I am a man no longer on Active Duty with the Marine Corps. I am very proud to call myself a U.S. Marine. I would not want to call myself anything else. Every time I look in the mirror and I see the Marine standing there I feel wonderful. Although every step of these last 4 years has not gone the way I've planned, i.e. not getting promoted past E-3, there is no way I will let go of the things I have done.I will be starting a new chapter in my life. One that will entail more obstacles and hardships, but that will all come and go as I live for that one day to become a Loving Husband, Caring Father, and a Hard Working Man.As hard as it is to believe I do Thank the Marine Corps. For the discipline, the trials, the hurdles, the honor and privilege to serve my country, as cliche as that sounds. The Biggest Thanks goes to the Brothers I have made over these years.On the same hand, I Do Not Thank them for the Field Days, the babying, the ease of training in some areas(boot camp), mass punishment, and lastly trying to instill in me the thought that a Man is not a Man unless he lives by one set of rules set forth by another Man.I have done my Duty I will move on happily and proud. I'm glad to be joining my civilian brothers and sisters once again. But I am sad to leave my Brothers and Sisters of what is Americas best Fighting Force.I bid farewell and I embrace not a New Life but the Continuation of a good life!Semper Fidelis Dominic J. Hebert
