In autumn 2007 three young musicians from aachen came together to get into new musical spheres.
They came quickly to the idea to start a Rock'n'Roll project.
After Caspar and Josi met Nils on a concert of their previous band in summer 2007
and played some jam session, they decided to create the project thats now called SECRET SPRINGS.
The first small EP Record has been released in spring 2008. Its called "Into My World" named after the second track on the record.

InfluencesAs a general genre the music can be integrated to Indie Rock. But it also drifts
into genres like Blues, Rock'n'Roll and 60's Pop/Rock.
In the first moment you can compare the music with actuall bands like "Qeens of the Stoneage", The White Stripes",
"Arctic Monkeys" or "Kings of Leon" . But the lyrics are more written in pictures
and tell less combined stories, as actuall british and american bands doing it.
The Songwriting and the Sound are more in the style of the 60th/70th-Rock, how to find for example at "Jefferson Airplane", "Jimi Hendrix", Eric Burdon & War"
and the "Beatles" .
Band Philosophy:
"In the front it's the playing, and the audience is a bonus. Of course every band
dreams of concerts on big stages and want to gain much money, what's minor matter for us...
Naturally we also want the widest possible audience, and you'll listen to our music gladly,
whether live, on air or from disc."
