Hello, my name is Simon – I play guitar and write songs in a band called The Collector. I like cheese, cake and coffee and sometimes coffee cheesecake I have brown eyes and 4 pairs of shoes. I like the sound of rain but not so fond of standing in it, I do like standing in the shower but that’s different somehow. I have a collection of guitars but I have never tried to play them all at once - I have however played them all at one time or other. These songs are my favourite ones, perhaps not the best ones and sometimes they will only be demos but I like them. When I grow up I’d like to be a singer/songwriter...or an astronaut...or the man who puts bubbles in spirit levels……or at least just a songwriter. All these songs are my own EXCEPT Temptation which is clearly a cover of the superb New Order song....its my tribute if you like......
