About Me

Hailing from South London and a true 80’s baby I have had a passion for music and performing since I was a small child and it is something that I hold very close to my heart. I love to write and sing and have been working towards putting these song together for awhile! I love the original divas which include Mariah, Whitney, Mary J Bilge and Beyonce of course! As well as many others listed on my influences list. And they have definitely influenced and inspired me in different ways as a singer, writer and performer. Music has immense therapeutic powers and for me there is nothing better than enjoying and experiencing a great song and music has helped me in so many ways whether it be for getting over relationship drama (coz men are hard work), in times of family troubles, at moments of personal problems or when you just wanna dance until your feet hurt! From childhood I have been involved in productions as well as singing in church and have used it as a way of channelling my energies and my creativity. As I mentioned before I am a bit of a techno phobe so although I have been writing and singing for years it has taking me a little longer to set my space up also my home computer is really slow! Anyways I’m finally here so take a listen and get in contact I would love your comments and feedback. Love Ishia
