You may ask what credentials and qualifications I possess. Well, I bring a total of four and a half years of experience of working backstage with some of the top producers, stage producers, and talent executives in the entertainment business. I've worked various positions such as a talent escort, production assistant, event control, and ticketing/talent assistant, so I understand the process behind the big shows. Some of the shows that I've been a part of are: NAACP Image Awards, Grammys, Golden Globes, Teen and Kid's Choice Awards, Home for the Holidays, and others. In addition to working in the industry, I bring 15 years of performing (dance and singing) to this company, so I understand what it takes from the other side of business as well.

I have just added a new addition to the PIPE family and that is my 21 year old brother, Ronad Mitchell aka TrueHeart. I guess you can say I'm a little bias but I truly believe that he is a gifted dancer who has a passion for dance that's crazy. He's been dancing all of his life but he's been performing for about 6-7 years now. He recently auditioned for Ciara and made it to the finals but unfortunately did make the team, however I believe this is a huge accomplishment. He was diagnosed with Crohn's disease last year and has been battling through pain and constant treatment and his love for dance has gotten him through many of painful, dark days. He has a desire to dance full time for a living and I intend to assist in getting him the exposure he needs to have him accomplished that desire. A former client of mine, who I am still connected with, but no longer his manager is KPWR Power 106’s (home of Big Boy’s Neighborhood), DJ Swivll ( www.myspace.com/djswivll ). Majority of my time was devoted to finding and booking gigs, promoting, marketing, and assisting him. In addition, you may still see me posting bulletins and promoting, hip hop artists, U-N-I ( www.myspace.com/unimuzik ). DJ Swivll deejays for them apart from his own gigs. Look out for these guys because they are making huge waves in the hip hop community and don’t be surprised when y’all see them all over your tv!!
