My name is Jeremy Sparkman. Originally from Prairie Grove Arkansas, but now living in Fayetteville and attending the University of Arkansas. I've been slamming for about a year and a half. The high point of which was the ability to go to the National Poetry Slam '07 in Austin TX, with the Arkansas team. I am currently recording my first CD and am lucky enough to do so with a great group of guys. Taylor Hunter, an old friend of mine, has done a great job adding and molding beautiful guitar to poetry. Blake Sandridge, has lent his very talented voice to the project. Also, I am so lucky to have the talents of Ezra Idlet, lead singer of the twice Grammy nominated band Trout Fishing in America, to record and produce this CD. I would just like to take a second to thank all of those guys, because they're awesome. This is an absolute dream come true for me, and I can't wait to have the finished project done, hopefully in the next few months.
