I have been working for the Foundation for Sustainable Development(FSD) in Argentina since August, 2006. I love Argentina soooo much! I can't really imagine myself with an office job and living for the weekends. It is refreshing to get out of the United States where ignorance is bliss and gain different insights on life and this crazy world we live in. This job has shown me that it is possible to find sustainable solutions to the world's most pressing problems, such as poverty and environmental sustainability. After Argentina, I plan on going back to school to get my Master's in Microfinance or Economics with a concentration in international and public affairs or sustainable development. I'm still trying to figure that out! In October, I'll be back living in the states, probably working in San Francisco.
I love spending time with my friends and family, running, barbequing, sunny days, happy hour, going to musicals and comedy shows, eating out at new restaurants, Spain, drinking wine, Tobin James!, mate, Oakland A's, traveling to new places and talking to people who have a completely different perspective on this world from those who have never left California, asado, green tea, Ecuador, Argentina, Latin America, dancing salsa, speaking Spanish, getting drunk enough to dance my butt off at the bars with my friends and then laughing about it the next day!, skiing in Tahoe, soccer games in South America, rain storms in Argentina, watching movies, and eating large quantities of ice cream--just to name a few:) MyGen Profile Generator
