Well, It’s Been 11 Years Since The First Winsford Festival Back In 1999, When We Started With Just A Fun Fair And A Punch And Judy Show On The Dene Drive Car Park. Over The Years We Have Grown Introducing Tribute Acts In 2001 And Local Bands In 2003. Both Of These Have Been Common Occurrences In The Festivals Since. In 2004 The Festival Was Relocated To The Grounds Of Wyvern House Were It Has Stayed Ever Since
The Festival Always Has Been A Non Profit Event With All Proceeds Going To Chosen Charities. The Organisation Of The Festival Takes Many Months of Preparation From A Group of Highly Dedicated And Committed People, Working On A Purely Voluntary Basis To Provide Entertainment To The Local Community.
