He is mostly a calm and collected person who hardly shows any emotions and never laughs....Gotenks... Gotenks is considered one of the most powerful individuals in Dragon Ball history, and is the youngest and shortest of all fusions. His size however, is greatly made up for by his power. He is able to make powerful transformations such as Super Saiyan 3, enormously boosting his power level. On the contrary, he is still inferior to the fusions of Goku and Vegeta. Because these two Saiyans are far stronger than either Trunks or Goten, their fusion (whether being Potara or Fusion Dance), will always be superior. Unlike Mugen, it is legal for him to carry a daisho (two matching swords: a katana and a wakizashi), as he is of the samurai class. His swords have a lightning and twin-eyed design on the tsuba. He wears traditional hakama and gi in indigo blue patterned with a white diamond kamon made up of smaller white diamonds. Roy Mustang& Roy Mustang is a state alchemist, specializing in flame alchemy. He has achieved his rank from his prior achievements during the eastern Ishbal war. His alchemy resides with the use of his fiber-synthetic gloves, that have a transmutation circle sewn into them.Lieutenant Colonel Maes Hughes is a solder belonging to the internal affairs branch of the military. Hughes and Mustang have been close friends for a long time and maintain a deep bond. Hughes has promised to help Mustang climb to the top of the military....Ishida Uuryu....He is the last surviving quincy, and has a deep seeded hatred for all Shinigami because his sensei died fighting hollows when the Shinigami were late to show up. He challenges Ichigo by putting out hollow bait and thus attracting alot of hollows, so much that they couldnt not handle them all. Ishida and Ichigo then team up to beat the hollows and save the city....Ichigo Morino...Often a shrewd girl with only a few select friends, her physical growth is stunted due to her "standstills", in the same way they affect Kei. Ichigo tends to have much more perceptive on life and is much more cynical than the rest of the characters.
