Yo, homey.I'm Melissa.Junior at UNLV. Yup, I'm an old fart.Hopefully I follow the path I've had for myself since I was little and get to medical school. I've only got 2 years left before I make that jump.Ok, now a little history...Born in Hollywood right on Sunset Blvd...in a hospital, I mean.Raised in the ghetto of Pomona, CA. And I'm talking GHETTO. Like drug deals and drive-bys every night. Gunshots were nothing. Still wanna mess with me?Moved to Vegas right before I turned 12. I kinda like it here. I've softened up a bit cause hey, it's lot safer than Pomona. Haha...jk I was never "gangstah". Are you kidding me?Graduated from Centennial High School. Go Bulldogs!!! I'm still all about the baby blue and white.I like bowling. I know I do say that I hate it a lot but deep, deep down I like it. And I know what you're thinking. Give bowling a chance though...it's harder than it looks. If you don't think so then give me call...I'll whoop on you anytime...sucka.I played tennis in high school. I'm not super good at it but I have my moments. I also like the sound when you hit the ball. You know...it goes pock-pock-pock. And I'll still whoop on you if we play.I used to play basketball. A couple of ankle surgeries ended that. But I still have a killer jump shot...if whoever's guarding me is short and about five feet in front of me.I help out at my church a lot. I'm there at least three times a week. It's fun. Good people, good times. Wouldn't have it any other way.People think I have a huge family but there really aren't too many of us. It's just that most of us live in Vegas and go the same schools and stuff. Chances are you're probably within 100 feet of a Castro at any given time. And since most of us can drive now, you're probably within 50 feet of a Castro at any given time.Ok, I guess that's it.=)
