Valasyrka is a death metal band a long time in the making. Based just north of Boston MA the band has been crafting a sound on their own for about the past decade. A tumultuous history has always plagued the bands productivity but these days the members are seeing things in a new light, and plan to make 2009 the year Valsyrka breaks through the surface.Originally formed by Boru and Nick Valasyrka has seen many line up changes, and played a good number of shows in their home state with fellow local acts like Sexcrement, Abnormality, Mucopus, Deconformity, Cattle Decapitation et al . 2008 saw the release of the bands only official demo recorded titled "Crush and Maim", recorded live in the bands rehersal space the demo consists of three tracks of blastbeat bliss, a listenable production, and undeniable musicianship.
