In April of 2002, Walt P. met a young man by the name of Alex. {aka A. Lewis} They learned that their encounter was no coincidence. They had come to realize that they both had the same goals of becoming Gospel Music Producers! The two began practicing their songs in hopes of recording a demo. A. Lewis and Walt P. realized that producing and marketing a quality gospel album without support from a major label would be very difficult, "But With God" they are doing the very things that the major laws of music dares us to imagine! Only God can give favor like that!! These guys realize that their gifts and talents come from God, and they aim to please Him in all that they do.
BeVibin Entertainment is a conglomerate! Both producer's wives are active in BeVibin. Grace A. Powell {Walt P's wife} came up with the name BeVibin in 2003. Grace has her own company within BeVibin called G.A.P. Ministries. Emotional healing and wellness is a major component in her ministry. Michelle Lewis {A. Lewis's wife} is a certified dietician and will be providing wellness tips on the BeVibin Blog Page...so be on the lookout! BeVibin realizes that effective ministry will help the total man....mind, body and soul and we believe through what we offer in music, emotional, and physical wellness, many lives will be touched and prayerfully changed, all to the Glory and Honor of God!
Hip Hop has always been at the forefront of shaping and changing things culturally, but BeVibin feels the need to be more socially relevant! Today's generation is experiencing social deficits such as ignorance in surviving and thriving in everyday life. Most of it is due to glorified distractions of supposed ballers, shot callers, thugs and violence. As CEOs, A. Lewis & Walt P. are developing and executing strategic plans that utilize financial resources to achieve objectives for kingdom work. Currently, BeVibin is working on a Gospel music soundtrack to showcase their production skills! Soon, movies, theatrical productions, audio books, and magazines will be in the works as well!
We feel, when BeVibin 4 JESUS, you experience a refreshing taste of life! The enemy or Satan has deceived the world making them think you have to walk on eggshells to serve the Lord; or that you have to be uncool, a nerd, unsuccessful, or too serious! The next time someone asks you, why do you read your Bible so much?, or why do you play your Gospel music so loud?; pop ya colla and tell them, "I BeVibin 4 JESUS"!!
