I'm interested in a broad array of topics: Relatively drama free people are foremost. I love to read, watch movies, un-puzzle crosswords, etch-a-sketch, didgeridooing, juggling, armchair quantum mechanics, and my newest interest is writing a novel.
My destiny...
I love all music. I simply abhor noise...
Living in Santa Ana, CA, I am blessed with finally having access to not just Digital Theaters, but an IMAX theater with 3D! The Edwards Irvine Spectrum 21 & IMAX-3D Theaters rock! So far in the IMAX format I've seen "I Am Legend", "Beowulf" (3D), and "The Spiderwick Chronicles".
My television is a 42" Toshiba 42HL167 Full 1080P/24 fps HDTV! But Time Warner Cable can suck my ass for all of the 8 HD channels they provide! The switch to DirecTV will happen very soon. Until then, this is what I watch in HD: Any of the 3 CSI shows, Las Vegas, Pushing Daises, Ugly Betty, Terminator: Sara Connor Chronicles, Shark, American Idol (DVR to skip all the crap), Big Shots, and very soon LOST! In SD (Standard Def): Star Trek re-runs, Anything on the Discovery Channel, Anthony Bourdain No Reservations, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Millionaire Matchmaker, Top Chef. I watch so much TV now simply because it's so huge and gorgeous, but also because everytime I leave the house, I spend money. Time Warner takes enough of my money for nuthin!
After I catalog all of my DVD's & HD-DVD's, I'll catalog all the books I've ever read. I'm currently in the middle of 3 books: "Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates" by Tom Robbins, "Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follet, and "Sex and the Single Zillionaire" by Tom Perkins. My favorite author of all time is Raymond E. Feist. I've read everything he's written several times.
The written word. All of them...
