Normaly would place people like Ganhdi, Einstein, or Edison. But someone else was overtaken the above, and that is Lynn Conway. A short history of Lynn, she is a transexual that basicly invented the rules for designing VLSI (Computer Chips) while working at IBM that are still in use today. Once she came out IBM as a transsexual after her inovation IBM in their wisdom let her go. Now Lynn is a Professor Emerita of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of Michigan, and is a major resource for transexuals.
