'This Is Our Youth' follows forty-eight hours in the lives of Warren, Dennis and Jessica, three New York teenagers with time and money to burn. It is 1982, and Warren has stolen fifteen-thousand dollars from his father. His friend, the domineering, drug-dealing Dennis plans to put the money to good use by making a quick return on some cocaine, but Warren is more interested in using the cash to impress fashion student Jessica. This Is Our Youth captures a moment in time, three kids stuck in between adolescence and adulthood, with little idea of where to go next." ~ Rebecca Hampson

This Is Our Youth is part of the independent theatre module at Queens Drama Department. It's not the kind of theatre you're used to, it's entertaining, witty, smart and the dialogue crackles with orginality. don't bloody miss it.
